PERSONAL TRAINING

1:1 Sessions

I work with the amazing team at Derrimut 24:7 - located 825 Princes Hwy, Pakenham VIC.

​

I particularly enjoy working with clients seeking to change their body composition and/or increase their strength through the use of weight training.

​

Your skill level is not important to me

 

Provided you have a willingness to learn I am excited to teach and if this is something you are interested in I would love to hear from you.

​

I have a range of Personal Training packages available & these can also be booked in combination with my coaching or nutrition-only support to achieve the best outcome.

SMALL GROUP SESSIONS

2:1 - 3:1 Sessions

In my experience, I have found that there is a bit of a gap in the industry

 

Often you only have the choice between 1:1 sessions or group classes...

 

But what about the people who would like the guidance of a Personal Trainer but would like to train along with a friend, partner or family member?

 

Or perhaps don't enjoy the price tag of a PT?

​

I have created the option for small group sessions

 

These are run with between 2-4 participants and will allow us all the benefits of a PT session with the opportunity to train alongside those you love or build some new connections with like-minded individuals.

COACHING & MEAL PLANNING

The Whole Package

Coaching & Meal Planning would be beneficial for a client who has minimal experience with tracking their intake or with monitoring calorie & macro-nutrient intake

 

Or even a client who may be time-poor and wish to have the meal planning element done for them.

 

This is a combination of both the coaching & nutrition-only packages giving you a holistic approach to your goals.

** Please note all programs are a minimum
12-week commitment and require a consultation prior to commencement. **

A coaching & meal planning client will receive;

- A tailored meal plan, created in line with individual targets & tastes

- Tailored in-app training program

- Weekly check-in with myself for accountability & meal plan adjustments

- Weekly education modules in e-book & video form

- Access to me via WhatsApp

- Access to the TM Strength Training Community

- Form & technique check-ins

COACHING

Tailored Support

Coaching would be beneficial for a client who has at least a basic understanding of tracking their own calories & macros and would like to be able to manage their own diet within this.

** Please note all programs are a minimum 12-week commitment and require a consultation prior to commencement. **

A coaching client will recieve;

- Weekly calorie & macronutrient targets

- Tailored in-app training program

- Weekly check-in with myself for accountability

- Weekly education modules in e-book & video form

- Access to me via WhatsApp

- Access to the TM Strength Training community

NUTRITION ONLY

Tailored Meal Planning

Nutrition Only would be beneficial for a client who has minimal experience with tracking their intake or with monitoring calorie & macro-nutrient intake

Or even a client who may be time-poor and wish to have the meal planning element done for them but is not interested in a training program or is working with a PT for their training needs.

12-week commitment and require a consultation prior to commencement. **

A Nutrition Only client will receive;

- Weekly education modules in e-book & video form

TRAINING ONLY

Tailored Training Program

Training Only would be beneficial for a client who would like to focus on their training.

​

You may be a beginner and want to introduce one element at a time

 

You may already have someone to manage your nutrition for you or you may be able to do this yourself.

A Training Only client will receive;
